This Privacy Policy describes how Rauch Associates handles the information, files, and content you submit to AI TruthCheck™ — including Scope Builder, AI As Analyst, AI TruthCheck™ comparisons, and Primary Research — and the reports, analyses, and other materials the platform generates on your behalf.
Your Data Is Never Shared Between Users
Every AI TruthCheck™ account operates in complete isolation from every other account. Information, files, and other data you enter into or create in the system — including uploaded Statements of Work, AI-generated reports, AI TruthCheck™ comparison reports, and any text you submit in the course of using the platform — is never shared with, displayed to, or made accessible by any other user of the system, under any circumstances.
No cross-user sharing of inputs. Nothing you upload or type into Scope Builder, AI As Analyst, or AI TruthCheck™ is ever visible to, or accessible by, any other user account.
Generated work product is reserved strictly for you. Every Statement of Work, AI-generated report, AI TruthCheck™ comparison analysis, or other output the system produces in response to your input belongs to your account alone. These materials will not be shared, disseminated, aggregated, or otherwise made available to any other user in any form except with your express written consent.
Retention policy — 90-day deletion. Reports, analyses, and other files generated on your behalf are retained for 90 days from the date they are created, after which they are subject to permanent deletion from our systems. Please download and archive any generated files you wish to keep well before this window closes — Rauch Associates cannot recover files once they have been deleted under this policy.
